Is the price per property or per plan?
Per plan, never per property. Landlord covers up to 5 properties for £9.99 a month. Portfolio covers unlimited properties for £19.99 a month, and it's the same price whether you have 6 properties or 50.
Is there a free trial?
No, and there's something better. The property compliance check is completely free, no card, no account: answer five questions and you get the full list of what applies to that address, with the legislation behind each item and your council's licensing position. The tenancy agreement checker shows you your issue count free too, and the advisor answers three questions free. A subscription starts billing the day you subscribe, and you can cancel any time in Settings.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can answer your questions. We make sure you never have to ask them. A general AI tool doesn't know your properties, your certificate dates, or whether your council runs a licensing scheme. We do: we remind you before certificates expire, update your checklist when the law changes, and check your tenancy agreement against a rule library we maintain by hand, with the legislation cited for every finding.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in Settings, in two clicks, no notice period. Your dashboard switches to read-only, and nothing you added is deleted.
