Rushcliffe — council's own published fees, read, read 19 Aug 2026
Evidenced negative in the council's own words (first-party research 19 Aug 2026): the council HMO page states verbatim "The Act also allows for additional and selective licensing of properties which means that particular types of properties, or properties in certain defined areas, will also have to be licensed. In Rushcliffe, there is currently no additional or selective licensing." No consultation or committee decision 2020-2026 was found on rushcliffe.gov.uk. Distinct from Nottingham City Council, which operates its own s.80 selective designation (made 17 January 2023, confirmed by the Secretary of State 26 July 2023, in force 1 December 2023, ceasing 30 November 2028). That is Nottingham City's scheme, not Rushcliffe's. Also distinct from Gedling, Broxtowe and Nottinghamshire County Council.
