No s.80 selective designation is named and no consultation or committee decision 2020-2026 was found on surreyheath.gov.uk. Note the previously held URL was the generic licences and permits hub covering taxis, alcohol and gambling, and has been replaced with the housing HMO page. Distinct from Rushmoor, Hart, Woking, Guildford and Surrey County Council.

On fees the council publishes an accreditation rate verbatim, "£773.70 if you are a member of any nationally recognised landlord accreditation scheme or association", and states the licence "must be renewed every five years". The standard non-accredited base fee was not published in readable text on the council page and has NOT been recorded. The previously held figure of £1,100 has been removed rather than carried forward: it was not sourced from a Surrey Heath page and belongs to a repeated block of identical values found to be wrong in every case tested.
