No s.80 selective designation is named and no consultation or committee decision 2020-2026 was found on torridge.gov.uk or its democracy portal. Torridge and North Devon are SEPARATE districts in the same corner of Devon and must not be conflated. Also distinct from West Devon and Devon County Council.
