There are no Article 4 HMO Direction and Short-Term Let Schemes or Restrictions in force and under consultation." That single sentence settles selective, additional, Article 4 and short-term lets together. Distinct from Guildford, Woking, Mole Valley, Surrey Heath, Rushmoor and Surrey County Council.
