The page records "Adur and Worthing Councils are required to maintain a public register of all licensed HMOs. A combined register for both authorities in an Excel format is available on request." The position and the fee schedule are published jointly and apply to Worthing and to Adur; this row records the Worthing position. Distinct from Arun, Brighton and Hove, Horsham, Mid Sussex and West Sussex County Council.

Fee is a base plus per-unit increment, worked verbatim by the council as "7 bed shared house: £810 + (2 x £55) = £920 fee to be paid on application", "8 bedsit property with shared bathrooms: £810 + (3 x £55) = £975" and "5 bedsits with shared shower rooms and 6 self-contained flats: £810 + (6 x £55) = £1,140". That is £810 base plus £55 per unit of accommodation above five, non-refundable, for a licence "valid for up to five years". this row previously held a flat £1,100, which is not a figure Adur and Worthing publish.
